When drawing a building using two vanishing points, please refer to this post. 

First, I set two vanishing points on the left and right, then drew straight lines from these points toward the building's exterior. Then, I drew the building's exterior along these lines. I also drew a road. 

Draw reference lines for windows and doors. Draw doors and windows based on these lines, and also draw simple signs. 

Just draw some grass around the building and you're done. 

The building has a simple shape. However, by adding several elements, you can draw a complex building. 

I simply colored the finished sketch. It looks better colored.
